Today, you attended both my RPM and Fitball.
I could tell that you were struggling in RPM, but its quite normal coz you seldom work your muscles so hard in terms of aerobics training, yet you completed the whole class, WELL DONE!
During Fitball, you made a face, and i saw you mouth to Chao "No Kick",as much as you tried explaining that you were not directly the comment at me, but im offended by your rudeness, especially since you are my darling and the least you could do was to show support and especially respect and save your comments til the end of the class, which you didnt.
Im pissed, still am, but I dun want to discuss with you anymore, coz it will make me uphappy,especially since i couldnt get positive constructive feedback from you after that. Which means you were not giving me enough guidance to make the class better, other than asking me to work more lower abs. How about other variations of workout? You said my class is good for beginner, you prefer intermediate. How about telling me wat exercises i can do to make it intermediate?? Working more lower abs is not intermediate.
The most important thing about giving feedback is, after saying wat i need to work on, DO NOT go back to voice out the part you think its bad (eg, Think i still prefer Julian's class, I really didnt feel a thing lor, woah, my top abs really hurts leh, but lower abs nothing at all, so weird hor).
In terms of a positive feedback is not saying a person is good even though he or she is not. Positive feedback is to tell the person wat he or she has done good, wat can make it better than STOP! When you loop back to the part that say what is done is not good or wrong, the whole feedback becomes NEGATIVE!!!!
So anyway, I have to put up a front and try to forget it.
Anyway, we had Ramen Tan for dinner. My clay fish stinks! Then you have to be "nice" and said to the waiter "I dunnoe whats wrong with her nose but she said the clay fish stinks, but but its ok i'll take it." Whats the meaning of this?? You know that if the food sux or turn bad or smells bad, im the last to know. Yet, if i point out that the food smells, it means its smelling really bad, if not, i wont know!!! The best part is, i wasnt even in anyway trying to make things difficult for the waiter, i told him nicely, if i wanna be nasty for the sake of it, think you will know it better than anyone else, how i would have reacted.
Think you gotta be a little in-sync next time, becoz, if we are a team, when one of us says its wrong, its WRONG! Even if its correct, we will only correct each other out of sight from the other people. But never mind, mayb you will learn when you go out to work next time.
